Delivery

Processing

• In-stock orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed the same working day.
• Orders placed on a Friday are processed on the next working day.
• Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days and are excluded from estimates.
• Made-to-order items, including ready-made wigs, are dispatched once constructed — we confirm timing by email.

Estimates, not guarantees

Delivery times are estimates from the courier once your order is dispatched. We will email your courier and tracking number when your order ships.

International orders

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, payable by the recipient unless we state otherwise. [Owner to confirm DDP/DAP arrangement with DHL.]
