Question 1

What is raw hair?

Accepted Answer

Raw hair is unprocessed human hair that has not been chemically treated. It keeps its natural cuticle and can be coloured or styled with care.

Question 2

How do I choose a length?

Accepted Answer

Lengths are measured pulled straight. Wavy and curly textures appear shorter once they spring back — allow 1–3″ extra. Most full installs use 3 bundles up to 20″ and 4 bundles from 22″.

Question 3

What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?

Accepted Answer

A closure (5x5 or 6x6) covers the parting area. A frontal (13x4 or 13x6) runs ear to ear and allows more parting and styling options.

Question 4

Do you offer texture upgrades?

Accepted Answer

Loose Wave, Water Wave and Deep Wave upgrades (+£10) are available only on products where they are shown as options.

Question 5
